Job Description
STW (Non Destructive) Ltd is based in Sheffield and offers `in-house’ and `on-site’ testing services to a varied customer base which include the Chemical, Oil and Gas, Aerospace, Medical, Nuclear and General Engineering industries. To support our continued expansion, the following vacancies have arisen for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our well-established Company:- • Experienced NDT Technician/s. The ideal candidate will be PCN or ASNT Level 2 qualified in ultrasonic inspection of forgings/wrought products, together with MPI/DPI inspection. However, a combination of the above qualifications will be considered for the right candidate. • A minimum of 5 years industrial experience is required.
Skills Required
• Brief outline of duties include, maintaining equipment and calibration system, inspecting and reporting, defect sizing, on and off-site inspections for customers, reading and understanding specifications/procedures/techniques.
